Hi! I’m Olivia de la Rosa, teacher, dreamer, and the heart of Kairos Farm Academy.

This microschool was born from a vision to nurture both the mind and the soul of each child through hands-on learning, nature, and faith. I believe education should feel like home: grounded, joyful, and deeply personal.

Kairos Farm Academy is more than just a school-it’s a vision brought to life by someone truly extraordinary. Olivia de la Rosa has poured her heart and soul into creating a space where children are not only challenged academically, but are also nurtured in real-life skills, homesteading, and personal growth. Olivia is one of those rare educators who leads with compassion, purpose, and vision. She sees each child not only for who they are, but for who they can become- and she helps them get there

Olivia was our son’s second grade teacher, and witnessing him thrive emotionally, academically, and spiritually was one of the greatest joys my husband and I have ever experienced. She demonstrates a genuine love for teaching- and most importantly, for the children entrusted to her care. Using creative methods, she sparks curiosity, encourages active engagement, and nurtures a true love for learning in every child. Her faith isn’t hidden or rigid - it shines through in the way she speaks and interacts, becoming a powerful testimony for students.

Miss de la Rosa is a consummate professional with a huge heart for children and a devoted faith to God. The year she taught my daughter was a very difficult year for my family with my health. Miss de la Rosa compassionately came beside us and our daughter. Because of her care, my daughter thrived in her spirit and academics. What a priceless gift! I couldn’t recommend her school more.
