Tuition
Specialized education involves financial sacrifice for many families. Kairos Farm Academy works hard to plan effectively while also controlling tuition costs and keeping up with the standard cost of living and inflation rates. The costs associated with your child's enrollment at our school are as follows:
Tuition and Fee Breakdown:
Annual Tuition: $8,000
Annual Enrollment Fee: $150 per child
Annual Curriculum Payment (Textbooks, Workbooks, School Supplies): $400 per child
We will accept Step Up scholarship funds as well as self-pay as options to cover tuition costs.
Step Up
In order to take advantage of Step Up scholarship funds:
Families must be awarded FTC-PEP or FES-UA (must provide award ID upon enrollment).
Parents must select Kairos Farm Academy as a direct provider for funds disbursement.
Families utilizing Florida scholarship options to pay for tuition must ensure timely submission of payments to the school every quarter in order to guarantee continued enrollment. If a family fails to authorize payment upon Step Up's notification reminder, they are expected to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement.
Once you have paid the enrollment fee and signed the necessary Handbook/Contract pages, your child’s enrollment is complete. Curriculum fee due within 5 days of finalized enrollment.
Self-Pay
Tuition for self-pay is billed at the rate of $800/month for 10 months due by the 1st day of the month.
Late fee for tuition: Grace period of 1-3 days. 10% fee if over 3 days late. 15% fee if over 10 days late. Tuition and Curriculum Fee will not be reimbursed if a student withdraws from Kairos Farm Academy.
Please note, our school observes all federal holidays and will also be closed 1 week for Thanksgiving, 3 weeks for the Winter Break, and 1 week for Spring Break.
