Our micro school was established at this pivotal moment to fulfill a divine purpose, reflecting its name, which means “the appointed time in the purpose of God.” We recognize the urgent need for a nurturing educational environment that aligns with spiritual values and fosters personal growth. By choosing the name Kairos, the school embodies the belief that education is not just about academics, but also about discovering one’s purpose in life. MEET MISS DE LA ROSA
Olivia de la Rosa, M.Ed.
dreamer, educator, & founder
It all began with a dedicated teacher and a vision to create a nurturing environment where children could flourish in their spiritual, emotional, and academic development. After years of dreaming about this possibility, God began to orchestrate every detail that would lead to the establishment of Kairos Farm Academy.
Raised in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, Olivia is thrilled to introduce such an innovative educational approach to her community. She earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Pensacola Christian College and spent eight years teaching second grade at a Christian private school before founding Kairos Farm Academy.
Olivia has always cultivated a joyful learning atmosphere that inspires faith in her students, encouraging them to think creatively and grow in their love for Jesus.
She loves coffee, nature, travel, and making people smile. Her family, friends, and faith are at the center of her life. When she’s not teaching your delightful children, Olivia enjoys working out and spending long days at the beach.
